Our Policies
Daycare drop-off starts as early as 6:30 AM, Monday – Sunday, with standard check-out at 6:30PM. For pet hotel reservations, you must pick-up your pet by 11AM. Late pickups may incur an additional day of daycare, so we recommend scheduling accordingly.
A 50% deposit secures your pet’s reservation, with flexible cancellation options available up to 48 hours in advance. To ensure the safest, happiest stay, all pets must meet our health, vaccination, and Meet & Greet requirements prior to check-in.
Spots fill quickly, especially during peak times, so book early to guarantee your pet’s suite.
