Service Agreement 

All services offered and Mango & Minnow’s require a signed Service Agreement. 

Drop Off and Pick-Up

Daycare

• Monday – Sunday
• Drop-Off: Begins at 6:30 AM
• Pick-Up: 6:30PM

Pet Hotel

• Monday – Sunday
• Drop-Off: 1PM – 5PM
• Pick-Up: 7:30AM – 11AM

Pickups after 11:00 AM will incur an hourly rate, up to a full-day rate, for pickups between 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM.

Any pet not picked up by 6:30 PM will be charged an additional nightly rate, based on the size of the available hotel suite. Pets not picked up by this time will not be available for pickup until the following morning at 7:00 AM (9:00 AM on Saturdays).

Additional food charges may apply. All food will be selected by Mango & Minnow’s.

Payment for any remaining balance after the deposit is due at check-in.

Pet Hotel Deposit & Refund Policy

To secure your pet’s stay, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Please note that without a deposit, your selected accommodation may be subject to change or reassignment. The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Therefore:

• Full Refund: All deposits are fully refundable if cancellation notice is provided in writing at least 48 hours prior to your pet’s scheduled check-in date.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a fee equal to one night’s room rate. Any remaining deposit will be refunded.

• No-Show Policy: If a guest does not check in by closing time on the scheduled check-in date and has not notified Minnow’s in writing, the deposit will be forfeited in full.

• Additional Notes: We recommend booking early to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

Pet Care & Emergency Policy

The listed emergency contact must be able to pick up your pet or meet a Minnow’s staff member at a designated location within 2–3 hours of being contacted.

If your emergency contact or designee is unable to physically pick up your pet as described above, the Pet Hotel Addendum must be e-signed and returned to Minnow’s at least 48 hours prior to your pet’s check-in.

Daycare & Pet Hotel Requirements

All pets must pass a behavioral evaluation in order to use our Daycare or Pet Hotel services. Payment for any remaining balance after the deposit is due at check-in. 

• Pets must be in good health at Check in.  Symptoms of Bordetella (Canine Cough) or any other respiratory illness can not be present upon check. If symptoms are present, Mango & Minnow’s will refuse the boarding drop off.  This must be done for the health and safety of all our guests.  
• All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. 
• Each dog should arrive with enough food for their stay. All food containers should be clearly labeled with your dogs first and last name.
• Current vaccinations must be on file. We cannot allow pets to stay with us for daycare or overnight without current proof of all required vaccinations.   
• In order to help ensure a safe, healthy, and sanitized stay Mango & Minnow’s is no longer able to allow clients to bring pet beds from home. We will provide your doggie with what they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Please know that we use professional quality Kuranda Pet Beds that are made with strict material and safety standards.
• Please do not bring any toys, bones, treats or chews. A small comfort item is accepted, such as a T-shirt or blanket.

Extended Stays

All pets staying for 3 or more days will be asked to purchase at least one nature or potty walk during their stay.
