Pet Hotel Hours of Operation

Drop-Off: 1PM - 5PM, Monday - Sunday
Pick-Up: 7AM - 11AM, Monday - Sunday
Midday Cleaning Break: 12PM - 1PM, Monday - Sunday

During this time our facility is closed for drop-off and pick-up so our team can clean and sanitize the play areas to maintain a safe environment for all dogs.​

Pet Hotel "Exit Baths"

We offer “Exit Baths” for all our furry guests at the end of their stay. This includes premium shampoo and conditioner, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Grooming services will be offered through Goat & Bear Grooming Salon. 

If you only need grooming services we kindly ask you to contact Goat & Bear directly to schedule a full service appointment.

Pet Hotel FAQs

Can I board more than 1 dog?

If you have multiple dogs from the same household you can keep your fur babies together while you're away and board them in the same suite. Additional dog $50 per night. Select room sizes only.

Does my dog get playtime during their stay?

Dogs enjoy structured play sessions with rest breaks to prevent overstimulation.

What should I bring?

Please bring enough food for your dog's stay in a sealed appropriate container labeled with your dog's name. We ask that you not bring any toys, bones, treats or chews. A small comfort item is accepted, such as a T-shirt or blanket.

Does my dog need to attend a behavioral evaluation?

Yes, all dogs must complete a behavioral evaluation to ensure they are comfortable and will enjoy their stay at Mango and Minnow's. The evaluation allows guests to explore the space, meet other dogs, and smell new scents.

Can my dog get a bath during their stay?

Yes, your dog can come home smelling and looking their best by adding an Exit Bath to your reservation. This includes premium shampoo and conditioner, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Grooming services will be offered through Goat & Bear Grooming Salon.  If you only need grooming services we kindly ask you to contact Goat & Bear directly to schedule a full service appointment.

Can I bring my dog's toys or bedding?

We kindly ask that you leave your dog's personal items at home. Any items that your dog may need, including toys, treats, and chews, are provided by Mango and Minnow's.

Can my dog stay if they are not spayed/neutered?

Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age to stay with us.
